TOOLBOOK Launch Party at SOHO20
New York
Book Launch
On Friday September 29th, the official launch party for Tool Book, a collaborative project by 2017 Artist in Residence, Sarah G. Sharp, will take place at SOHO20 Gallery in Brooklyn. During the event, contributors will read and perform poems, songs and other texts related to Tool Book.
Tool Book is a compilation of the texts, images and objects that edify, inspire, support and radicalize - in a time of deep uncertainty and resistance. Simon Aldridge created a special series of collaged photo drawings to be included in the book, edifying how we connect with each other in our shocking political moment, and provide a way to raise needed funds to protect our most threatened communities and values.
